I hope this message reaches the family of Assunta I would see Assunta almost weekly when I visited my own mother in Scalabrini Bexley She would always be seated at the entrance to the living room like she was the boss she was in charge every time I visited she would always say hello to me We would have a chat Every time I visited she would always say hello to me We would have a quick chat and she would always remind me how she was 97 years old the last couple weeks my mother was in hospital and I didnt visit the nursing home last few days when I went to visit I noticed Ivan Last few days when I went to visit I noticed Assunts wasnt in her usual spot anymore so I asked the carers what happened to her and where she was I always enjoyed saying hello to her shaking her hamd I always enjoyed saying hello to her shaking her hand I was very sad when they told me that she had passed I would just like to let her family know that I thought she was a wonderful old lady And was an absolute joy to see her weekly and to say hello to her I will miss seeing her there every week John De Bellis - 22/12/2025 |
